FLORIDA
"Hi, I'm in Orlando, my RE (Dr. Trolice @ Fertility CARE) is in Winter Park. Everyone is very supportive of my choice, and they are really nice too! While there are alot of couples, many times I've been in the waiting room with some lesbian couples and a bunch of women who may or may not be married. Also, Dr. Trolice is very thorough. Dr. McNickel is my favorite because he answers all my questions and never acts like he's got someplace to be. They also have a pharmacy, an acupuncturist, a fertility therapist, and an adoption center if you should choose that route."

ILLINOIS
Dr. Vishvanath C. Karande
Hoffman Estates (Main Office) ~ Arlington Heights ~ Deerfield ~ Crystal Lake (Opening in 2009) 847-884-8884
"This doctor and his staff made me feel great the moment I walked in. Being a Choice Mom has not influenced the outcome of my treatment in any way. I would completely recommend him and his office." -- Carrie

OHIO
"Dr. William Hurd of the University Hospital MacDonald Women's Hospital Fertility Services. He was my RE and I am now 9 weeks with twins, on the first try at age 42. I felt very comfortable with him, and I also felt he was very honest about my possibilities/limitations with regard to getting pregnant at my age."

PENNSYLVANIA

Dr. Clarisa Gracia
Penn Health for Women
Radnor, PA 19087

RMA of Philadelphia
"I love my RE group. They are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I even had a progesterone level done on Memorial Day. The doctors do the ultrasounds and always take time to discuss what's going on and answer any questions I may have. I truly feel they are doing their best to try to get me pregnant. For anyone in the Philadelphia area, I highly recommend RMA of Philadelphia (formerly known as Northern Fertility)."

Candice reports several Choice Mom-friendly clinics in the Philadelphia area:
Northern Fertility & Reproductive Associates
4 offices (Meadowbrook, Sellersville, Philadelphia and Blue Bell)

SOUTH CAROLINA
Dr. Elizabeth Singleton
Southeastern Fertility Center
Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Dr. John Schnorr, Southeastern Fertility Clinic in Mount Pleasant South Carolina

TEXAS
Dr. Thomas Vaughn
Texas Fertility Center
Austin, Texas 78731

"I'm in Houston and really like Russell Weidman with the Texas Institute for Reproductive Medicine. If you only need IUIs, he's your guy and his nurse Debbie actually became one of my closest friends while I was TTC. However, if you ultimately do need a more aggressive approach (I did at 34) then I can't say enough about Timothy Hickman at Houston IVF. They are affiliated with CCRM which is widely regarded as the top clinic in the country. When I did my IVF cycle with him at the age of 34 his success rates with that age group were 67%."

"I'm in the Houston area as well and am using Dr. Dorothy Roach. She is awesome!!!! I was referred to her by another Choice Moms member."

Dr. Lowell Ku at Dallas IVF

Dr. Natasya Ikbal at Women Partners in Health (http://www.wpih.net). "She's been great! She's been completely supportive, responsive and approachable. I'm sure any of the doctors at this practice would be fine (another friend of mine sees Dr. Oliver there and loves her). Another good thing, they do IUIs on the weekend."

VIRGINIA
Black Mark: One Choice Mom has discouraged others from using Dr. Sharara (Reston, VA), with good details about why she would not recommend him.

Although one Choice Mom evidently had a bad experience with Dr. Sharara from the Virginia Center for Reproductive Medicine in Reston, VA, I had a very positive experience and recommend him whole heartedly. Several Choice Moms in my local groups have also used him with positive experiences.
