Don't miss the special section about the costs associated with fertility treatment.
In addition, Choice Mom Marinela did a comparison of fertility drug costs by calling various pharmacies. Here's what she found:
I just ordered my medications for my upcoming IVF cycle and ended up going
w/ Alexander's Twin Pharmacy; the total came to $2,900, well under the
cost estimated by my IVF clinic. Note that I got discounted prices b/c
I'm paying for the IVF completely out-of-pocket. Also, this pharmacy
doesn't charge sales tax if you live in a different state and provides
free, overnight delivery.
To help others w/ their medication cost research, I'm rendering below the
prices I was quoted today by the four pharmacies located in the U.S. that
I contacted. All prices are discounted and specifically for no-
insurance coverage patients w/ a prescription from the doctor.

I had no idea there was so much medication to take. I am in the UK and ASDA(Walmart in the US) have just announced that they will sell fertility drugs at cost price. Does this happen in US ?

hi
well, hope your try was successful. I have a couple of questions
1. did you not have to use Bravell? It seems that it is one of the main injections required for this process and like Menopur, it is very expensive
2. did ASDA actually sell those at cost? do you know the prices? do they still do it?
based on rates we got at Alexander's, we will have to pay around 5-6 thousand USD
thanks
Michael
