Excerpt from his Happy Baby book: "If I see a mom sit calmly in my office, relaxing with her baby in her arms, looking like she doesn't have a care in the world, I don't worry. But if a mom seems tense, shows unusual worry over insignificant matters (such as "What's that tiny little dot on my baby's skin?"), and doesn't have that relaxed pose, I know this mom isn't in the land of postpartum bliss."
